Job Description
- Develop and manage demand forecasts for new product launches to ensure accurate planning and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and production, to optimise processes.
- Analyze market trends and historical data to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to address supply chain gaps.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate demand planning insights to management.
- Support the implementation of demand planning tools and systems for improved efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of demand forecasts to relevant teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to demand and supply chain operations.
A Successful New Product Demand Planning Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools, forecasting software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₱90,000-₱105,000 with 13th-month pay.
- ~10% annual performance bonus to reward your contributions.
