We’re looking for a Manager Partnerships to lead the operationalization and management of strategic partnerships across key B2B channels. In this role, you’ll shape collaborations that amplify our categories and portfolio strategies, ensuring every trade activation delivers measurable impact and trade engagement.

In your role, you will join the Sustainability team supporting in develop and deploy the environment, health, sustainability systems programs and EHS Pillar tools/systems, aligned with business needs, in accordance with OGSM and legal requirements.
What Your Day Looks Like
- Giving advice and coach support to the managers and supervisors to engage the employees to behave according to Sustainability policies and procedures, and Open+ phase deployment.
- Support the Sustainability projects and the EHS Pillar on the identification of the needs, weaknesses and/or emerging issues and propose solutions, in order to improve Sustainability performance and to achieve Sustainability objectives and targets - ZERO incidents.
- Accountable on the EHS result of the department that he/she is responsible for; Identification and elimination of risks/hazards to have a safer workplace by driving a safety and sustainable culture within the organization.
- Execute a proactive loss prevention program including risk management (identification, assessment, and control), inspections, audits, and emergency planning, by monitoring their implementation, in order to eliminate or reduce health, safety and environmental risks to an acceptable level.
- Provide timely reporting of Sustainability / EHS Pillar performance indicators to factory management, cluster/region and Sustainability dept at OC, by ensuring the data is updated and accurate, in order to ensure reliability of the information.
- Maintaining training records of employees, contractors and visitors, to ensure they fully understand the Sustainability aspects of their job and responsibilities and the ZERO incidents vison of the organization.
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering/Science with specialization preferably in environmental/Sustainability/safety engineering or equivalent education
- Good analytical and communication skills

- PMFTC Manufacturing Facilities (Phase 3, Lot 1B, First Philippine Industrial Park, Brgy. Sta Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
- Shuttle service provided
