What You’ll Do
This exciting role offers the opportunity to:
Provide HR administrative and back-office support, including the day-to-day management of HR systems, while contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of HR Shared Services functions.
Support the HR Shared Services (HRS) team in delivering comprehensive HR services to employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive work environment that supports Eaton's goals and values by promoting teamwork, collaboration, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
Perform and facilitate HRMS data entry, maintenance, and validation for managers, local HR teams, employees, and third-party vendors.
Maintain data integrity across HR systems and offline tracking tools to ensure accurate and reliable information for stakeholders.
Manage employee records, including documentation, filing, retrieval, reporting, and compliance with data management standards.
Monitor employee claims, track application status, and ensure timely resolution through effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Communicate claims updates and key actions to managers, local HR teams, employees, and third-party vendors.
Respond to and resolve leave management inquiries in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of business process documentation and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and support internal employee engagement activities and programs.
Assist in the implementation of HR Shared Services projects, programs, and other initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to learn and effectively use various technology platforms, including HRMS, Case Management Systems, Outlook Shared Mailboxes, and other Microsoft applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work a night shift schedule based on business requirements.
Ability to work in a Hybrid setup (3x per week) following US Time (9PM - 6AM PHT) in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park) as required for the role.
