Job Overview

Lead the digital transformation of manufacturing operations by developing, implementing and sustaining Digital Factory Solutions that improve OEE, Productivity, Quality, Traceability, Equipment Reliability and Operational Visibility.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Factory Strategy:
• Develop and execute the plant’s digital factory and industry 4.0 roadmap
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation and process optimization.
• Establish digital transformation priorities based on business impact and ROI
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using manufacturing and digital technologies.
• MES Hydra and Rinsys Traceability
• Lead Implementation, deployment and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System (MES Hydra)
• Manages MES Hydra Functionalities including production tracking, electronic work instructions, genealogy, quality data, and product traceability.
• Integrate MES Hydra with SAP, machine PLC, BMS and other data base.
• Ensure data integrity and real time visibility of production information and status.
• OEE and Manufacturing Analysis
• Develop digital dashboards for OEE, availability, performance, quality, downtime, cycle time and production output.
• Digital Quality and Traceability
  

What Your Background Should Look Like

More than 5 years’ experience as a Digital Factory Supervisor or Manager. Graduate of Computer Engineering, IE, ECC, EE or ME. Knowledgeable in MES Hydra, PLC, Automation, SAP, IT and IIOT 4.0. With very good communication and leadership skills.
