The Chief Engineer manages the overall operations of properties. This encompasses the maintenance and monitoring of all equipment, the assessment of facilities efficiency, and the study and proposal of mall improvements. They also manage and coordinate the various Engineering Staff and personnel of the mall to handle day - to - day operations, as well as the concerns of tenants and customers.

  • Candidates must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
  • With at least 5 years of e xtensive experience in facilities management and equipment maintenance. Previous mall or commercial experience is an advantage.
  • Has excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • We want smart, honest, and energetic people who love what we do.
