Job Description
Drive the execution of broadband strategic priorities by translating strategy into operational programs, ensuring cross-functional coordination, governance, and delivery of key business outcomes. Support the Strategy & Business Planning in operationalizing strategy and communicating priorities through clear executive materials and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Translate broadband strategy into actionable execution programs, roadmaps, and delivery plans across sales, network, and operations teams.
Establish execution governance, tracking, and cadence reviews to ensure delivery of targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate rollout of key initiatives.
Monitor program milestones, KPIs, and execution health of strategic programs.
Support the Business Planning & Strategy Lead in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between planning and execution.
Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards, translating strategies, insights, and performance updates into clear visual narratives for leadership forums.
Provisioning of relevant insights for campaign executions and reference materials regarding the Broadband Business’ landscape and performance monitoring (i.e. Competitive Insights Deck, frameworks, telco articles, etc.)
Supporting & monitoring of all planning processes (i.e. minutes, tracking of strategic actions, etc)
Key Deliverables
Strategic program execution roadmap
Governance frameworks and delivery cadence reviews
Delivery governance and tracking dashboards
Cross-functional program management
Executive updates on execution progress
Leadership strategy decks and decision support
Monthly Operational Reviews & Strategy Cascade
Strategic initiatives with BBLT and monitoring of next steps (through minutes & trackers)
Supporting all planning processes and keeping in check improvements towards execution excellence
