Job Description
- Assist in compiling and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports from established data sources.
- Maintain report templates and update dashboards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Perform basic data validation, identify discrepancies, and support troubleshooting activities.
- Communicate report delivery schedules and respond to minor stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and documentation.
Must Haves (Non‑Negotiable)
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or a combination of post‑secondary education and relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in reporting and analytics (required).
- Experience in a healthcare, supply chain, or similarly data‑intensive environment.
- Basic experience with data validation and standard reporting processes.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Python, other analytics and reporting tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with dashboards and recurring reporting cycles.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding data and reporting timelines.
