Product Manager Kia

ACMobility is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, management, and performance optimization of an assigned automotive product portfolio under KP Motors Corporation (Kia).

The role is responsible for achieving portfolio business targets by defining product strategies, pricing, and go‑to‑market plans aligned with short‑ and mid‑term business objectives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional headquarters, the position ensures disciplined product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and sustainable profitability.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Define product assumptions and objectives for short‑ and mid‑term business planning cycles
• Identify market and segment opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics affecting assigned portfolio
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and serve as launch readiness lead
• Establish pricing recommendations and price competitiveness targets aligned with business objectives
• Create volume plans based on approved pricing and strategic targets
• Monitor product performance KPIs including volume, market share, mix, and profitability
• Initiate product actions based on market performance analysis and lifecycle needs
• Lead and coordinate launch readiness committees and cross‑functional task forces
• Support sales promotion and marketing budget planning in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
• Ensure alignment of product strategies with regional and headquarters stakeholders
• Validate product competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of product management, sales, and marketing fundamentals
• Knowledge of automotive distributorship business models
• Demonstrated capabilities in stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination
• Strong business acumen with basic profit and loss understanding
• Skills in product planning, market research, strategy development, and project management
