The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for a Business Analyst - Policy & Adoption to join a growing organization in the healthcare and allied health services sector, supporting governance, compliance, and internal systems. This role focuses on ensuring policies are not just documented—but structured, accessible, understood, and actively used across the business. You’ll combine business analysis, data insights, and digital tools (including chatbot systems) to drive real adoption and behavioral change.


You’ll work closely with People & Culture, Compliance, and operational leaders to ensure policies align with regulatory standards while also being practical and usable for teams. This is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-driven, and passionate about turning complex policy frameworks into clear, usable systems.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and maintain a structured, scalable policy architecture

  • Ensure policies are:

    • Clearly organised

    • Version-controlled

    • Easy to navigate and access



  • Support full policy lifecycle management (drafting, updates, approvals, archiving)

  • Ensure alignment with:

    • Regulatory requirements

    • Accreditation standards

    • Compliance frameworks



  • Own and manage the policy chatbot knowledge base, including:

    • Translating policies into user-friendly chatbot responses

    • Maintaining accuracy and alignment with latest policy updates

    • Monitoring usage, search behaviour, and gaps



  • Analyse policy usage, access, and adoption data

  • Identify gaps between:

    • Policy intent

    • Actual employee behaviour



  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve policy adoption and communication strategies

  • Produce structured reports across:

    • ISO compliance

    • NDIS requirements

    • Clinical governance

    • Risk, safety, and insurance reporting



  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making

  • Support audit preparation and ensure documentation is audit-ready

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and communication


 

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)



  • Are based in the Philippines

  • Have 2-4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Policy, Compliance, or Governance roles

  • Have experience working with:

    • Organisational policies, frameworks, or regulatory requirements (MANDATORY)



  • Have strong analytical skills and can interpret:

    • Usage data, adoption metrics, and behavioural insights



  • Have experience producing:

    • Structured reports, dashboards, or compliance reporting



  • Have strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

  • Are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Have strong communication skills and can translate data into actionable insights


 

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

  • Experience with knowledge bases or chatbot systems

  • Exposure to ISO, NDIS, or regulated healthcare environments

  • Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools

  • Background in information architecture or document structuring

  • Experience supporting internal communications or change adoption initiatives


 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

  • Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month

  • Open to PH-based applicants only
