Job Description

Plan, design, and execute performance testing scenarios using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Analyze system behavior under load and provide recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
Create test reports with detailed analysis of throughput, latency, and other key performance indicators.
Support test planning, scripting, and result validation for application performance testing across projects.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on performance testing.
Proficient in using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools for load and stress testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret system metrics and performance results.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and fine-tune applications.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
