Packaged SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The role requires working with various tools and platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across the application landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial systems and their configuration. - Experience with APIs and integration techniques to connect various enterprise applications. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Proficient in managing software release cycles and version control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - This position is based at our Manila office.
