Aufgabengebiet
Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on HORECA channels
Build and lead the sales function from scratch as the first commercial hire
Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts including hotels, restaurant groups, and catering companies
Establish and grow distributor and channel partner networks
Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
Manage forecasts, sales pipelines, and performance reporting
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution
Anforderungsprofil
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience in the food industry
Proven experience in HORECA / foodservice channel is a must
Strong track record of building and scaling sales operations
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently as employee #1
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
