As a Middleware Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will help create a connected and agile supply chain network.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to client engagements and projects. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Developing operational strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain operations and improve end-to-end visibility
• Utilizing supply chain management software to support data-driven decision-making
• Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
• Supporting client engagements by contributing to project tasks and deliverables
• Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform insights and recommendations
• Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their needs and deliver value
• Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver consistent quality work
• Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and knowledge in operations consulting
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
• Demonstrating proficiency in Business Planning and Supply Chain Management Software
• Excelling in client support within a fast-paced consulting environment
• Adapting to diverse client needs and project scopes effectively
• Developing commercial awareness and understanding business operations
• Applying analytical skills to discern patterns and analyze facts
• Experience in Java, Php or Python and JavaScript
