Job Description
Research, identify, and assess potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives, target market, and product offerings.
Establish and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including negotiations, contract development, and execution of partnership agreements.
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that outlines clear goals, KPIs, and a roadmap for collaboration, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, client acquisition, engagement and brand development.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
Effectively communicate partnership initiatives, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
Manage the budget allocated to partnership initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships or business development in a B2B/SaaS or technology-focused environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive partnership plans.
Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Willingness to travel (if required).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Outstanding execution skills coupled with analytical capabilities and detail orientation.
Ability to plan and work with a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
A self-starter, able to work independently and as a part of a team.
Dynamic and proactive, passionate to learn new things, and able to adapt to new challenges.
