Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Career Management Specialist who will play a key role in driving employee development through competency management, learning program design, training facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role is responsible for assessing training needs, developing impactful learning interventions, and evaluating learning effectiveness to support business goals and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Competency Development and Assessment

  • Develop competency definitions and proficiency levels
  • Lead competency assessment initiatives
  • Generate assessment results and support Individual Development Plans (IDPs)

Learning Needs Analysis

  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and data analysis
  • Validate and align learning needs with competency frameworks and business requirements

Program Design and Development

  • Design and develop learning curriculums and training materials
  • Create engaging learning content across multiple platforms including classroom, webinar, eLearning, and simulations
  • Ensure training materials remain relevant and updated

Training Delivery and Facilitation

  • Facilitate training sessions both onsite and virtually
  • Coordinate with external learning providers and vendors
  • Manage training logistics and administrative requirements

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Measure training effectiveness and learner engagement
  • Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide post-program reports

Project and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals
  • Ensure learning projects are delivered within agreed timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or any related course
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Learning and Development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience in training facilitation and curriculum development
  • Knowledge of sales and aftersales operations is an advantage
