As an Integration Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Developing operational strategies to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility
• Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity
• Utilizing supply chain management software to support data-driven decision-making
• Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
• Supporting client engagements by contributing to project tasks and delivering quality work
• Building and maintaining client relationships to drive business performance
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and knowledge in operations consulting
• Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
• Adapting to a fast-paced environment and working with a variety of clients and team members
  
  

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
• Demonstrating proficiency in Business Planning and Supply Chain Management Software
