Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment activities (e.g., scheduling interviews, screening resumes, coordinating with candidates)
- Help facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and certificates
- Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave tracking
- Provide administrative support to HR operations and projects
- Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
