Social Media Financial Customer Service Representative

We are looking for customer-focused and tech-savvy individuals to join our Social Media Financial account team. Provide support to customers through social media platforms, chat, and messaging channels while assisting with financial-related concerns and account inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through social media, chat, and messaging platforms
• Assist customers with account concerns, payments, billing inquiries, and transaction issues
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  
  

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and online communication tools
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
