Head ALDI And POS Performance Management

About The Job

The primary roles is to lead and oversee product and commodity performance across POS locations including evaluating new business opportunities, shaping strategies, and managing planning, delivery, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development of sales and marketing strategies to expand the ALDI business.
• Design and implement performance management processes for underperforming POS locations.
• Lead the ALDI team in:
• Assessing and recommending new ideas to stakeholders.
• Leading ALDI initiatives and programs.
• Working closely with the sales and cross-functional teams on ALDI initiatives.
• Improve and streamline existing ALDI processes.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail sales, account management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in product management, with a strong track record of developing and executing effective product marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
