We are seeking an experienced and decisive Global Team Lead for EDI Solutions to join our organization based in the City of Taguig, Philippines. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a global team responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions across our enterprise. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while managing complex, cross-functional projects on a global scale.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of EDI professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of EDI solutions to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
• Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless EDI operations and integration
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices
• Monitor and improve EDI system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and processes
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving supply chain, sales, finance, IT, and business areas to drive successful EDI implementations
• Develop and manage team budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to deliver results efficiently
• Provide strategic guidance on EDI technology trends, tools, and platforms to support organizational growth
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans for team members to support career progression
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership through clear and professional reporting
  
  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in EDI solutions, implementation, or management
• Minimum 3+ years of proven team leadership or management experience
• Expertise in EDI standards, protocols, and best practices (X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of EDI platforms and tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, Mulesoft or similar solutions)
• Demonstrated experience managing global teams across multiple time zones
• Proficiency in sales, supply chain and logistics processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering complex initiatives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• Experience with API integrations and modern integration technologies
• Knowledge of cloud-based EDI solutions and hybrid integration platforms
• Background in change management and organizational transformation
• Experience with vendor management and third-party integrations
• Demonstrated mentoring and coaching abilities
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.)
• Experience in a global or multinational organization
• University degree in a technical or economical discipline
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
