GBS Standardization Subject Matter Expert (Temporary) Why does this role exist?
Responsibilities
The GBS Standardization Subject Matter Expert provides functional expertise and analysis by conducting a thorough analysis of current processes and drives the creation of Gold Standard processes, systems, channels, organizational responsibilities, controls, metrics, and KPIs. The role supports an integrated end‑to‑end process view and collaborates closely with IT, operational teams, and functional counterparts to deliver standardization outcomes. What will you do?
