Job Summary

The Senior Manager Food & Beverage oversees all hospital food service operations, ensuring high standards in patient nutrition, food quality, sanitation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role manages patient dining, cafeteria services, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and vendor coordination while supporting hospital care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food & beverage operations within the hospital
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with dietitians on patient meal requirements
• Supervise and develop food service teams
• Control budgets, inventory, and operational costs
• Maintain high patient and customer satisfaction standards

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, Nutrition, or related field
