Job Description

• OPEX & CAPEX Management and Analysis
• Invoice settlement & processing enhancement

Duties And Responsibilities

• OPEX (& Non-DPC CAPEX) - strongly managing and analyzing operating expenses, collaborates and provides insights to SMBI Team
• OPEX Analysis: Perform a detailed analysis of operating expenses and identify drivers
• Budget Monitoring: Consolidate the OPEX budget submission and monitor actual operating expenses against the budget
• Reporting and Justification: Prepare justifications for actual operating expenses that deviate from the budget
• Data Management: Update databases and route memos related to financial information
• INVOICES Management - established an end-to-end process for
• PR-PO-GR in SAP Ariba
• Accrual submission in SAP Fiori
• COST TRANSFORMATION - Collaborate with the working team to clean up the following:
• STT circuit inventory, clean-up and payment status
• Inhouse circuits
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in using Microsoft office, SAP and Looker studio
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management, Economics , Finance or Accounting or any related field
