About The Job

The Employee Engagement Manager designs, delivers, and continuously improves employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, improve retention, and enhance the overall employee experience. This role works closely with People Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate engagement priorities into meaningful programs, activities, and experiences aligned with company values and business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Employee Engagement Strategy & Programs
  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement initiatives (e.g., engagement campaigns, recognition programs, well-being activities, culture-building events).
  • Translate engagement priorities into practical, scalable programs across the organization.
  • Ensure initiatives are inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with company values and employer brand.
  • Action Planning & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to support engagement action plans.
  • Coordinate execution and follow-through of engagement initiatives across teams.
  • Act as a partner to leaders on engagement, morale, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Recognition & Culture Initiatives
  • Manage or support employee recognition programs that reinforce desired behaviors and values.
  • Support culture initiatives, celebrations, and employee activities that build connection and belonging.
  • Coordinate engagement-related events such as town halls, appreciation activities, and culture days.
  • Engagement Enablement & Collaboration
  • Work with Marketing / Internal Communications to support the rollout and visibility of engagement initiatives.
  • Provide inputs, content requirements, and timelines to ensure engagement programs are effectively promoted.
  • Support people-related change initiatives by embedding engagement activities and employee touchpoints.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Gather informal employee feedback and observations to improve engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on employee engagement and experience best practices.
  • Recommend enhancements to engagement programs based on participation, feedback, and business needs.

What You Need To Have

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR programs, or employee experience roles.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project coordination and execution capabilities.
  • Creative, employee-centric mindset.
  • High level of empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work effectively with People Partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting engagement, recognition, or culture programs.
