CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

Customer Service: General Voice accounts


  • Open to College graduates, associate degree graduates OR 1 year college completed w/ 1 yr bpo experience
  • Open to HS grads (old curriculum) and SHS grads with 1 yr BPO experience
  • Must be amenable to work in Taguig,
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule and during holidays if needed
