Job Description
- Drive process transformation and standardisation across a dynamic organisation
- Night shift and Hybrid opportunity with office in BGC
The client is a globally leading healthcare firm based in the US with a shared service operation in the Philippines.
Aufgabengebiet
- Conduct detailed process mapping and documentation of current-state workflows, controls, and dependencies
- Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather process requirements, inputs, and outputs
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process standardisation and improvement
- Support the development of future-state process designs, including workflows, roles, and service delivery considerations
- Apply standard process frameworks, taxonomy, and naming conventions across outputs
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge materials aligned to approved designs
- Create and update training materials to support onboarding and knowledge transfer
- Document controls, risks, and compliance requirements to support governance and audit readiness
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all process documentation and knowledge assets
- Maintain document repositories, including version control and organisation of materials
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- At least 4+ years of experience in process analysis, transformation, documentation, or related areas
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certified or trained; PMP or equivalent is an advantage
- Certification in BPM, process mapping, or instructional design is preferred
- Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, or business process analysis
- Proven experience developing SOPs, training materials, or knowledge assets
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, BPMN, or equivalent process mapping tools
- Basic understanding of risk, controls, and compliance considerations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment
- Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Collaborative, cross-functional working environment
