Key Responsibilities of the Build and Transition Manager
Lead the build phase of transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness across documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
Oversee development and validation of SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks aligned to design standards
Ensure completeness and quality of knowledge capture from source teams
Direct development of training materials and learning plans for GCC readiness
Establish and manage readiness criteria across people, process, technology, and controls
Partner with Transformation & Design teams to align build outputs with operating models
Identify and mitigate readiness risks, gaps, and dependencies prior to transition
Track build progress and provide readiness reporting to leadership and governance forums
Anforderungsprofil
Successful Candidate Profile
Years of experience in transformation, shared services, training, knowledge management, or operations
Direct People Management experience.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field
Strong background in documentation, knowledge management, and training frameworks
Experience in global SSC / GBS or GCC environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Solid project management and risk mitigation capabilities
High attention to detail and quality standards
