This is a hands-on role that also serves as a regional subject matter expert in revenue operations with a focus on billing and reporting analysis, billing case inquiries, as well as adhoc analysis. The incumbent will play an integral part in optimization of current processes and be an active participant in user acceptance and other forms of testing related to quote to cash functions. Your foundation of finance knowledge and business maturity allow you to contribute to the overall success of the team as well as the broader organization.

What Youll Do

• Accountable for performing timely and meaningful analysis of billing data providing month over month variance analysis
• Partner with and support internal team in month-end closing activities
• Compile monthly reporting package- monitor and provide input on trend analysis
• Serve as an active participant in the review and resolution of billing related queries with a focus on meeting or exceeding service levels
• Collaborate with neighboring departments – Customer Success Managers and Customer Care organization in driving process improvement and escalations
• Contribute in solutioning -Participate in meetings with immediate team and represent as a Revenue Operations stakeholder as needed in your regional setting
• Drive process improvement and error prevention through trend analysis and responsible use of AI and existing tools
• Execute Ad Hoc reporting and analysis related to Revenue Operations
• Minimizing operational risk- Participate in export compliance screening and assist in the preparation of control documentation for internal and external auditors
• Document and train on processes for new business and business challenges and adapt/drive new best practices for the team and organization
• Other responsibilities include but not limited to participation in special projects, UAT adhoc assignments
