Your Role

As an AVP, Cash Operations, you will:

  • Lead the strategic and operational execution of cash management, ensuring seamless bank transfers and administrative compliance within the Manila Centre of Excellence.
  • Oversee end-to-end payment processing, including invoice settlements, funding reviews, and the submission of transfer instructions via global banking systems.
  • Mitigate operational and financial risks by enforcing strict internal controls, documenting procedures, and ensuring audit readiness for international banking practices.
  • Drive process improvement and innovation by leveraging data analytics and technology to automate cash operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment, productivity, and professional growth through coaching and performance management.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 8+ years of experience in cash operations, treasury, or financial services.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams within a complex financial environment.
  • Deep expertise in cash flow management, international banking systems (SWIFT, Multiline), and foreign exchange processes.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Risk & Compliance Proficiency: Strong track record in maintaining internal controls and navigating global regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Clearline or similar treasury management systems and data analytics tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to collaborate with senior leadership and global treasury stakeholders.
  • Audit Experience: Experience leading internal and external financial audits.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational tasks with broad organizational financial objectives and global strategies.
