Accounts Receivable NetSuite Experience Required

The opportunity

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable | Collections Specialist looking for a new challenge? iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in the companys financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all customer payments
• Conduct proactive collections activities, including sending invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and negotiating payment plans with customers
• Identify and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies, working closely with customers to ensure prompt resolution
• Assist in the preparation of ageing reports, cash flow statements, and other financial documents as required
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to accounts receivable and collections
  
  

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices
