Job Description
The HRBP is the “mini-CHRO of the BU” who champions the people and organization agenda in close partnership with the Business Unit Leadership Team.
Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic People Analytics & Insighting: Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify trends/actionable people insights specific to BU. Ensure people/org decisions are based on data.
People & Organization Strategy Creation: Translate business strategy to people and org strategy. Design roadmap to ensure delivery & effectiveness of end-to-end people and organization strategy across key touchpoints in the employee journey. Lead strategic business unit-specific people and organization initiatives that drive business value (i.e., succession planning, high-potential identification, leadership development, etc.)
Organizational Diagnosis & Value-based Solutioning: Diagnose and get to root cause of people/organization problems. Design data-driven business unit-specific recommendation/solutions. Navigate the organization to deliver value-driven recommendation/solutions. Influence business leaders to implement solutions. Be accountable for HR solutions/initiatives and organizational change in the business unit.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: Drive org design/transformation and talent management initiatives required to improve business performance/achieve strategic goals. Identify the required shifts in mindset, ways of working, or behaviors, and champion case for change. Facilitate embedding of Globe’s culture initiatives on business processes. Provide strategic inputs on how to facilitate organization changes or to improve team or individual performance.
Strategic People & Organization Capability Build: Partner with the leaders to set a strategic view of the people and org capabilities required. Ensure execution and follow-through on prioritized programs or interventions to build people and org capabilities.
Strategic Partnership with the Business Unit Leadership Team: Own strategic partner relationship with the leaders. Drive org/people agenda in key stakeholder meetings. Share independent perspective on org/people to inform decision making.
