- Own end‑to‑end commercial finance and directly shape business decisions
- Drive margin improvement and trade spend impact in a lean FMCG setup
The client is a multinational FMCG. Office is in BGC.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to deliver revenue, margin, and profit targets.
- Partner commercial teams to guide pricing, promotions, and customer decisions with clear financial insights.
- Drive pricing, trade spend, and mix optimization to improve profitability and ROI.
- Ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and clear analysis of business performance.
- Support cross-functional decision-making with actionable insights on growth, innovation, and investments.
A Successful Commercial Finance Manager Should Have/be
- background in commercial finance and finance business partnering
- amenable to working in a lean organization
- amenable to managing both commercial finance and some aspects of controllership/compliance
- fair compensation and benefits package
- flexible work set-up (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
