Wireless RF Telecommunication Engineer

Position Overview

The Telecom Engineer is responsible for the integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance of assigned telecom sites and IBS projects. The role involves site supervision, technical implementation, testing, reporting, and coordination to ensure successful project completion.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle overall integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance of assigned sites
• Supervise equipment room construction and implementation activities
• Attend site kick-off meetings and site acceptance activities
• Conduct various testing procedures, hardware installation, and software upgrades
• Prepare and submit necessary project reports to the Project Supervisor or Implementation Manager
• Ensure proper accountability of all materials and tools delivered to the assigned site
• Provide technical training and support to project engineers and team leaders
• Supervise and monitor IBS project implementation as required
• With experience in Huawei BTS commissioning, integration, alarm troubleshooting and functionality testing
• Rectifier power system installation, power tapping and testing
• With knowledge in IBS installation, troubleshooting and testing
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field
• With experience in telecom implementation, commissioning, or IBS projects is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, integration, and site implementation
• Willing to work on-site and travel when necessary
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
• PRC License is an advantage
