Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Raw Materials Company in their search for a VP of Sales based in Taguig City.
Salary Range: ₱100,000 - ₱120,000 Negotiable
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Day Shift
Location: Taguig City
The role
The Vice President (VP) of Sales is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and leading the sales department to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability. The VP of Sales develops and executes strategic sales plans, drives sales performance, and fosters a culture of excellence within the sales team.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Establish long-term goals and create strategic plans to achieve them.
Sales Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize their performance.
Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Oversee customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Address and resolve high-level customer issues and complaints.
Collaboration And Coordination
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment to enhance cross-functional teamwork and communication.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Implement and utilize sales analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Optimize the use of sales tools, technologies, and personnel to achieve maximum productivity.
Market Expansion
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth.
Develop and oversee the execution of sales initiatives for new products and services
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in sales and CRM software, and comfortable with data analysis tools.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support the sales team.
