This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual storytelling of our iconic brands, overseeing in-store displays, creating captivating event layouts and decorations, and crafting collaterals that enhance the overall brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising: Develop and execute compelling in-store visual merchandising strategies and displays that enhance the customer experience and align with each brand’s identity and objectives.
Event Design and Styling: Conceptualize and oversee the design, layout, and styling of brand events, activations, and retail experiences, ensuring strong visual impact and consistent brand representation.
Collateral Development: Create and manage the production of in-store and event collaterals, including signage, point-of-sale materials, banners, display graphics, and promotional assets in accordance with brand guidelines.
3D Rendering and Design Visualization: Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and rendering tools, to produce high-quality visualizations, mockups, and conceptual presentations for retail displays, store layouts, and events.
Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive visual storytelling and brand representation across all retail touchpoints, events, and marketing materials.
Store Planning and Planogram Management: Develop store layouts, planograms, and merchandising guidelines that optimize product visibility, customer flow, and overall shopping experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
Market and Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail concepts to continuously introduce innovative merchandising solutions and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business goals, campaign objectives, and product launches.
Project and Event Execution: Lead the implementation of visual merchandising projects and event setups, ensuring timely execution, high-quality standards, and adherence to approved concepts and budgets.
Vendor and Production Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers, fabricators, and external partners to ensure the successful production and installation of merchandising materials and display elements.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
Proficient in design tools such as but not limited to Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for consumer goods and understanding of market trends.
