We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management/Broking team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Vice President, Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for a mix of account management and broking, providing quality advice and service to clients on their insurance products and risk exposure while partnering with the sales team to grow the business.

We Will Count On You To

  • Provide quality advice and service to clients regarding their insurance products and risk exposure.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and monitor changes within client organizations.
  • Proactively manage account service delivery to ensure client needs are met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue generation and growth opportunities from existing portfolios and other sources.

What You Need To Have

  • Proven experience in account management and broking within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of major classes of insurance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and insurers.

  • Experience in negotiating claim settlements and managing complex claims.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful account retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with new technical and product developments in the insurance sector.
