Vehicle Management

The Vehicle Management oversees vehicle documentation, compliance, and operations. Responsibilities include ORCR processing, toll and insurance management, GPS monitoring, schedule updates, and vendor coordination. The role provides reports to improve fleet efficiency and requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew ORCR for second-hand vehicles before the expiration date.
• Apply for new ORCR for new trucks in real-time.
• Create stickers for new delivery vehicles and replace damaged plate stickers as needed.
• Update truck delivery dates in real-time.
• Manage and update monthly toll fees and print toll fee invoices.
• Oversee insurance expense amortization in real-time.
• Process PA&PCP applications upon receipt of the plate number.
• Monitor insurance claims in coordination with designated personnel.
• Oversee GPS service monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and repairs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including service providers, insurance companies, and leasing agencies.
• Provide reports and recommendations to management on fleet performance and cost-saving strategies.
  
  

• Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight claims management preferred.
• Knowledge of freight transportation regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
