TRAVEL ACCOUNT SPECIALIST With GDS Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Account Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar booking platforms, and possess strong communication skills to assist customers with their travel-related needs. This role involves handling reservations, itinerary changes, ticketing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related bookings.
• Manage reservations, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and itinerary modifications using GDS platforms.
• Provide accurate travel information, fare rules, and policy guidance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and travel issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry procedures.
  
  

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of GDS experience using Sabre, Amadeus, or similar travel reservation systems.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level proficiency or equivalent).
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple travel requests.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with travel industry processes.
