Job Description

Design and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives in general trade.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimise marketing activities.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for trade marketing activities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
Provide training and support to the sales team on marketing strategies and tools.
Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with brand objectives and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Marketing Manager for General Trade should have:

Proven experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
Strong skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Experience in analysing market trends and customer insights.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and trade partners.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in managing budgets and resources for marketing activities.
Familiarity with the general trade channel in the FMCG industry.
