Job Description

  • Conduct market research, participate in compensation surveys, analyze data, and recommend compensation actions.
  • Support job evaluation, job architecture maintenance, salary structure development, and annual salary review execution.
  • Assist in incentive program design and manage incentive payout processing.
  • Develop and support employee recognition and rewards programs, including communications and effectiveness monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate compensation, benefits, and recognition program data and produce dashboards and reports.
  • Identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business objectives and provide ongoing support for inquiries and initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning and change management activities within the Total Rewards function.


The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical capability with experience in compensation modeling, benchmarking, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support end-to-end project delivery.
