Job Description

Manages the development and deployment of reward programs toward higher level of employee engagement and retention.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes and develops the total rewards framework including compensation, incentives, benefits, retirement, engagement, and other total rewards programs
  • Develops strategies for innovative and cost-effective total reward plans that take into consideration talent needs and business sustainability.
  • Collaborates with business units to develop and execute compensation and benefits solutions to meet their specific needs
  • Designs and develops training, education, and communication materials to implement total rewards programs.
  • Build and enhance current compensation programs as needed, i.e. salary structure, incentives schemes, retention initiatives, executive packages, etc.
  • Conducts networking and benchmarking among peers or identified target markets
  • Facilitate roll-outs of Total Rewards programs thru but not limited to workshops, training, different communications channels, etc.
  • Partners with HRBPs in implementing Total Rewards programs and addressing TRM-related issues of the business.
  • Develop internal operating procedures and controls for administering and managing the different areas of total rewards i.e. compensation, benefits, mobility, and rewards amongst others.
  • Use analytics and insights in the evaluation of the program effectively
  • Provides input to budgeting as part of program planning and ensures that the team adheres to budget.
