Technical Trainer Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, or hybrid training on Java and related technologies
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, labs, and assessments
• Teach core Java concepts such as OOP, collections, exception handling, and multithreading
• Train learners on advanced topics including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices
• Provide hands-on coding support, debugging guidance, and best practices
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with Java versions, frameworks, and industry trends
• Support learners in project work, assignments, and interview preparation
  
  

• Training Specialist, facilitating trainings for Developers
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful services
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, JDBC, ORM tools)
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
