• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Support the sales team by providing expert knowledge on products and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to showcase technical solutions.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up for satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client queries and technical challenges.
  
  

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience Level: At least 6 months of experience in technical sales or related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
