We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Animal Biosolutions team. This role will act as a trusted technical advisor, applying feed additive knowledge and technology to solve technical challenges, support product launches, and translating scientific advancements into practical, customer‑ready applications.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

• Provides technical assistance to Novonesis Animal BioSolutions Team including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge and skill sets.
• Supports sales colleagues in growing and maintaining business. Understands, supports, and executes the selling process.
• Positions key Novonesis products to consult nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed companies to increase recommendations of branded products. Maintains an active list of contacts with poultry nutritionists, veterinarians, academic thought leaders, and other key industry opinion leaders.
• Collaborates with Animal BioSolutions APAC team, at Regional and Global levels on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to expand and/or enhance our brand portfolio and recognition.
• Leads development and implementation of protocols and monitors Novonesis research studies at university or contract research facilities.
• Supports technical communication and market positioning by developing sales/scientific materials, representing the company in industry associations, delivering presentations, and preparing key reports.
  
  

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Characteristics acquired through an advanced degree in Veterinary / agriculture science (DVM). Experience in swine production, technical services advice, and feed additives business development.
• BSc degree or above, 5+ years’ functional/technical experience in the industry, preferably experience from a multinational company.
• Experience in Animal production, feed formulation, feed additives, and nutritional strategies to optimize animal performance.
• Energetic proactive driver who through example sets ambitious targets, are well-organized and can communicate effectively both internally as well as externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
