Job Description

ACMobility is looking for a Technical Field Engineer to support and enhance field quality performance through technical analysis, dealer assistance, product assessments, and service information management. This role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, improves product reliability, and provides accurate technical guidance to the dealer network while coordinating closely with HQ and internal aftersales teams.



Role and Responsibilitie

sTechnical Suppor

  • tAnalyze and respond to dealer technical inquiries
  • .Provide clear troubleshooting guidance and technical instructions
  • .Ensure timely support and resolution for aftersales concerns

.Technical Case Monitorin

  • gCreate and submit technical reports to HQ
  • .Coordinate with dealers to clarify unclear technical case reports and issues
  • .Track and monitor open technical cases for timely closure

.Technical Information Managemen

  • tReview and cascade technical bulletins to dealers
  • .Study and validate technical information received from HQ
  • .Prepare and distribute technical information for dealer implementation

.Vehicle Testing & Complianc

  • eAssist in the conformity testing of new vehicle models (static and dynamic testing)
  • .Validate field performance to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
  • .Support training teams by conducting technical reporting orientations

.Recall & Campaign Suppor

  • tHelp manage the implementation of recall campaigns as needed
  • .Monitor completion of affected units and support dealers in campaign execution


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BS Engineering).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Technical Leveling Certificate.

Business & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to create technical reports and analyze field quality data.
  • Skilled in providing clear technical instructions and guiding users on manual interpretation.

Behavioral Skills

  • Able to perform tasks under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Effective communication with both dealers and HQ personnel.
