Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve acting as software detectives to ensure seamless operations of the systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system problems.

Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.

Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.

Implement and maintain software solutions to enhance system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Technical Documentation

Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management

Strong understanding of software systems and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Experience in software troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Documentation.

This position is based at our Manila office.
