About the Rol

eWe are scaling our Deposits Division and expanding the Relationship Manager team. We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead who will manage a high-performing RM group focused on attracting large deposits (high-value clients, HNW, affluent segment)

.This role requires strong banking experience in the Philippines, deep knowledge of deposit products, and an existing personal network

.
Key Responsibiliti

es• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Relationship Managers across multiple geographic zones (NCR North/South/East/West + nearby provinces

).• Drive acquisition of large time deposits and ensure high conversion from meetings to opened account

s.• Provide hands-on support to RMs during client negotiations, handling objections, and closing deal

s.• Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievemen

t.• Strengthen processes: client meetings, documentation flow, coordination with branches, Compliance, and Operation

s.• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the bank’s HNW client bas

e.• Work closely with Telesales, Marketing, and Product teams on deposit campaign

s.• Maintain portfolio quality and deliver excellent client experienc

e.• Report key metrics (pipeline, performance, forecasts) to senior managemen

t.
Qualificati

ons• Mandatory: Banking experience in the Philippines, preferably in deposits, wealth, or branch manageme

nt.• Proven track record of acquiring deposits and working with HNW or mass affluent clien

ts.• Previous experience leading a sales or RM te

am.• Existing personal client network is a strong advanta

ge.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate relationship banke

rs.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing situatio

ns.• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple zon

es.• University degree in Business, Finance, or related fiel
