Job Description
- Lead and manage a team responsible for HR data management processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all HR systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline data workflows and reporting.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for data quality improvement and process optimization.
- Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and best practices.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR data metrics for leadership review.
- Identify and resolve issues related to HR data inconsistencies or system errors.
A successful Team Lead - HR Data Management should have:
- A strong background in Human Resources and data management within the business services industry.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
