Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Taxation, Legal Management, or related field; CPA or relevant tax/legal certification is an advantage.

2–4 years of experience in tax compliance and legal/regulatory matters, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods.

Experience in BIR filings, VAT, withholding tax, tax audits/assessments, and FMCG tax requirements involving sales, promotions, rebates, distribution, and imports.

Experience handling contracts, permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.

Working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and applicable FMCG taxes, with strong tax documentation, reconciliation, and compliance skills.

Proficient in MS Office/Excel and able to coordinate effectively with BIR, Customs, government agencies, external advisors, and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Job Specifications

Manage the timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of tax returns and statutory tax obligations.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, BIR regulations, and government requirements.

Monitor tax deadlines, registrations, certificates, and other tax compliance activities.

Prepare and maintain tax schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and compliance records.

Coordinate BIR audits, tax assessments, inquiries, and related government requirements.

Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.

Manage and maintain legal documents, contracts, permits, licenses, and corporate records.

Coordinate with external legal counsel, tax advisors, and government agencies on tax and legal matters.

Monitor legal and regulatory compliance and ensure timely completion of required actions.

Identify and elevate tax exposures, legal concerns, and compliance risks to management.
