The Successful Applicant

A Successful Talent Management Senior Manager Should Have

A background in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent development strategies.
Strong knowledge of succession planning and leadership development.
Skills in performance management and workforce planning.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
